Sastojci
Testo:
- 250 gr svežeg sira
- 4 kašike mleka
- 7 kašika ulja
- 1 vanil šećer
- 1 prašak za pecivo
- 250 gr šećera
- 500 gr brašna
- Korica od limuna
Fil:
- 1,5 kg šljiva
- šećer
- cimet
- po želji šlag
Priprema
- Zamesiti testo od navedenih sastojaka, razviti koru u većoj, dobro podmazanoj tepsiji.
- Svaku šljivu iseći na pola i tu polovinu zaseći pri vrhu još dva puta. Ređati gusto jednu do druge na razvijeno testo tako da zarezani deo bude gore.
- Peći 35 minuta na 180 do 200 °C zavisno od jačine rerne.
- Kad je pečen posuti šećerom i cimetom još dok je vruć.
- Po želji umutiti šlag i servirati kolač sa kašikom šlaga.
